Barbara Humpton and Georges Antoun stepped down from the board on July 31, 2026, as part of a planned transition, leaving the board with seven directors, six of whom are independent. Hart is Senior Portfolio Manager and Global Co-Head of Energy and Power at Avenue Capital Group, while Novak previously served as Chief Innovation Officer of Compass Datacenters.
