In the first half of the year, total operating revenue reached 1.063 billion yuan, up 31.88 percent year on year, but net profit attributable to the parent company still recorded a loss of 15.394 million yuan, a significant narrowing from the loss of 73.0387 million yuan in the same period last year. Net profit after deducting non-recurring items was a loss of 23.5295 million yuan, compared with a loss of 77.7865 million yuan a year earlier. Net cash flow from operating activities was negative 104 million yuan, compared with negative 37.3138 million yuan in the prior-year period. During the reporting period, basic earnings per share were negative 0.07 yuan, and the weighted average return on net assets was negative 2.49 percent, up 5.99 percentage points year on year. The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production, sales and service of magnetic components, optical communication products and various power supply products.
