Miss Nada Aniruththewa appeared in the Securities Acquisition or Disposal Report, Form 246-2, of the Securities and Exchange Commission, showing that she executed a purchase of oversubscribed rights shares of Delta Paint Public Company Limited, or DPAINT, on September 2, 2026, raising her holding to 195.51 million shares, or 21.2297%, from only 10,000 shares, or 0.0043%, previously. This made her the second-largest shareholder, after the Tangkaravakoon group, which remains the largest shareholder with a combined 26.80% stake. Nada owns The City Phuket Residence Company Limited, or CPR, which manages two completed eight-storey buildings that are in the process of being sold and having ownership transferred, namely The Phuket City Building A and Building B, and is developing a third building, The Phuket City Building C, which is expected to be completed in 2027. Earlier, DPAINT had just received shareholder approval to invest in acquiring all shares of The City Phuket Residence, valued at 100.50 million baht, from Nada. Meanwhile, DPAINT's operating results have continued to deteriorate: in 2022, total revenue was 909.24 million baht with net profit of 55.61 million baht; in 2023, total revenue was 1,021.28 million baht with net profit of 13.70 million baht; in 2024, total revenue was 717.96 million baht with a net loss of 165.04 million baht; and in 2025, total revenue was 608.65 million baht with a net loss of 58.01 million baht. For the first six months of 2026, total revenue was 275.90 million baht with a net loss of 20.95 million baht. As for its financial position at the end of the second quarter of 2026, it had cash and cash equivalents of 24.86 million baht, but had long-term debt due within one year of 37.81 million baht and accumulated unappropriated net losses of 198.40 million baht.
