Nanjing Securities disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. In the first half, it achieved operating revenue of 1.826 billion yuan, up 18.89% year on year, and net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company of 796 million yuan, up 28.16% year on year. Among segments, securities and futures brokerage revenue was 881 million yuan, up 28.66% year on year; securities investment revenue was 1.082 billion yuan, up 10.12% year on year; investment banking revenue was 75 million yuan, down 7.21% year on year; and asset management and investment management revenue was 52 million yuan, up 60.62% year on year. The company's performance growth was mainly driven by increased market trading activity and the steady performance of proprietary investment business. In addition, in August 2026 the company received approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission to publicly issue corporate bonds to professional investors with a total face value of no more than 20 billion yuan. It had previously completed a private placement in December 2025, raising net proceeds of about 4.897 billion yuan. For the interim period, it plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.50 yuan per 10 shares before tax, totaling about 220 million yuan. At the controlling shareholder level, the Nanjing State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission plans to inject its equity stakes in Urban Construction Group, Transportation Group, and Southeast Group into a state-owned capital group. After completion, the state-owned capital group's indirect control of the company's shares will increase from 28.83% to 39.11%, while the actual controller and controlling shareholder remain unchanged.
