Next Capital Public Company Limited (NCAP) is preparing to offer two tranches of bonds with tenors of 2 years 6 months and 3 years, with fixed interest rates of 5.10% and 5.25% per annum, respectively. The subscription is expected to open between September 7-9, 2026, for institutional and high-net-worth investors. The bonds are rated "BBB-" with a Positive outlook. In the first half of the year, new loan disbursements grew 15% to reach 3,635 million baht, while NPLs decreased to 1.28%. Mr. Phutiphan Teyarachakul, Acting Chief Executive Officer, revealed that the company is in the process of filing a registration statement with the SEC to issue unsubordinated, unsecured, and named bondholder bonds with a bondholders' representative. The proceeds will be used to purchase assets, invest, or cover expenses related to the current business operations. The company is also expanding its motorcycle hire-purchase business, which is its core business, along with expanding its dealer network to over 307 outlets nationwide. It has received support from strategic major shareholders, including COM7 and SYNEX. For the second half of the year, the company assesses that the business remains on a positive trajectory, as the total loan portfolio increased to 10,923 million baht as of the end of June 2026. Additionally, rubber and palm oil prices in the main service areas remain at good levels, along with the direction of interest rates and government measures that support purchasing power, which are expected to support portfolio expansion and maintain long-term performance momentum.
