Nhua Pharmaceutical announced on September 29 that its investee Haoxinqing plans to raise 262 million yuan by issuing 7.77 million shares, bringing in seven new shareholders: Anjiemude, Imeik, Wuxi Dingqi, Zhangzhou Jiulongjiang, Zhangzhou Gaoxin, Shanjin Asset Management, and Unifuture. Nhua Pharmaceutical waived its preemptive right to subscribe in this capital increase, and its shareholding will fall from 19.10% to 18.04%, while it remains the largest shareholder of Haoxinqing. Haoxinqing is an AI-driven mental health and medical technology group, with businesses covering digital healthcare, a network of psychiatric and psychological doctors, offline specialty clinics, corporate mental health services, and AI technology solutions. The funds raised this time will be used mainly for AI psychological companion robots, diagnostic technology, and the digitalization of the psychological and medical health industry. In the first half of 2026, Nhua Pharmaceutical achieved revenue of 3.218 billion yuan and net profit attributable to the parent of 741 million yuan.
