This guarantee falls within the scope of the 2026 estimated guarantee limit approved by the company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. The total guarantee authorization for the company in that year does not exceed 3.11 billion yuan, of which the guarantee limit for Opple International is capped at 600 million yuan. After the implementation of this guarantee, the company's cumulative total guarantee for Opple International amounts to 430.7274 million yuan, including equivalent foreign currency amounts.
