PANELESMATIC SOLUTIONS PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITEDNew factory unlocks production constraints, increasing capacity 2-3x short-term and up to 4x in 3 years.

Panel Plus Matic Solutions Public Company Limited, or PANEL, has unveiled its business plan for the second half of 2026, with management confident that operating results will recover significantly from the third quarter through the fourth quarter after the new factory began full commercial operations in April 2026. This unlocks production constraints and increases production capacity by approximately two to three times in the short term, and up to four times within the next three years. The company has set a full-year 2026 revenue target of 220 million baht and a three-year business plan under the JUMP+ project of the Stock Exchange of Thailand and the CMDF, targeting revenue of 300 million baht in 2027 and rising to 400 million baht in 2028, along with a net profit margin target of 15 percent. On the growth strategy front, the company will extend its core business in specialized doors and walls into luxury furniture and furniture for hospitals, laboratories, and operating rooms, as well as adjust its project approach by reducing general interior decoration work and focusing on specialized turnkey medical system projects where competition is limited. In addition, it is expanding regionally by opening a showroom in Phuket province to tap the luxury residential and hotel market in the south, and preparing to enter the data center and electronics industries with products for cleanrooms, such as temperature-controlled walls and automatic contamination-prevention doors. The company is currently working to get listed on manufacturer panels and participate in bidding for large-scale projects, which management views as a new revenue source with high growth potential.
