Paysafe LtdQ2 revenue up 4% and litigation resolved, though EBITDA margin declined.

Paysafe reported second quarter 2026 revenue of $447.4 million, up 4% year-over-year, and announced a preliminary settlement of the Farzad litigation, resolving the final legacy overhang from its SPAC era. Adjusted EBITDA decreased 2% to $102.8 million, with adjusted EBITDA margin declining to 23% from 24.5% a year earlier, reflecting increased marketing and IT investments. The company's net leverage ratio improved to 5.3x at quarter end from 5.5x at Q4, and factoring in the preliminary legal settlement and debt refinancing fees, Paysafe expects to end the year with net leverage in the range of 5.1x to 5.2x. Revenue from Digital Wallets increased 3% to $206.6 million with organic growth of 1% when normalizing for currency movement and interest revenue, while Merchant segment revenue rose 6% to $246.1 million. Paysafe also previewed a new partnership with Envision Racing, one of Formula E's most successful and innovative teams, as part of its brand-building strategy.
