Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, or ITD, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company's board meeting No. 1/10/2569, held on October 1, 2569, resolved to acknowledge the departure of Mr. Premchai Karnasuta from the position of chief executive on the grounds of retirement from work, effective from October 1, 2569 onwards. The meeting also approved the appointment of Mr. Thanis Karnasuta as acting chief executive in his place, so that the company's management may continue smoothly and efficiently, effective from December 2, 2564 onwards. The company will announce the results of the consideration of the appointment of a new chief executive by the board of directors at an appropriate time in the future.
