Premchai Karnasuta has resigned from the position of chief executive of Italian-Thai Development Public Company Limited, or ITD, due to retirement from work, effective from 1 October 2026 onwards, as ITD informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The company's board of directors passed a resolution acknowledging the resignation at a meeting on 1 October 2026 and agreed that Thoranis Karnasuta will serve as acting chief executive in accordance with a previously approved resolution, so that the company's management can continue smoothly and efficiently.
