PTT Public Company Limited, or PTT, is preparing to reshuffle its senior management in three positions, effective October 1, 2026. Chanamas Sasananant has been appointed Chief Financial Officer; Surachai Laopulsuk has been appointed Senior Executive Vice President for Engineering, Projects, and Operational Excellence; and Yutthana Suwanchote, currently Senior Executive Vice President, has been assigned to serve as acting Senior Executive Vice President for Organizational Potential and Governance Management. For the Chief Financial Officer position, PTT informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Pattaralada Sa-ngasang will end her term on September 30, 2026, before Chanamas takes up the role on October 1, 2026. Chanamas previously served as Senior Executive Vice President of the Finance and Accounting Group at PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited, or PTTEP, from October 1, 2024, and was previously Chief Financial Officer of Thai Oil Public Company Limited, or TOP, from December 1, 2023. Surachai's appointment succeeds Rattikul Piyawongwanich, who will retire on September 30, 2026. Yutthana has served as Senior Executive Vice President of PTT's Innovation Institute since 2022 and has been a director of Inter Pharma Public Company Limited, or IP, since February 2023.
