Rainbow Group released its 2026 half-year report, with net profit attributable to the parent plunging 60% year on year to 23.44 million yuan. In the first half, the company's operating revenue was 554 million yuan, up 2.2% year on year; net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items was 22.46 million yuan, down 58.9% year on year; and net operating cash flow was 84.34 million yuan, up 638.8% year on year. In the second quarter alone, net profit attributable to the parent was just 4.35 million yuan, down 84.2% year on year. The company said the profit decline was mainly because concentrated investment in online marketing resources caused selling expenses to rise faster than revenue, while revenue from household flexible heating products edged down 1.09% year on year, and revenue from household sanitary insecticide products grew 9.27% year on year.
