The company reported second quarter revenue of $111.1 million, up 6.7% year-over-year, with gross margin of 60.9% and adjusted EBITDA of $10.5 million, or 9.5% of revenue. During the quarter, Rimini Street closed 14 new client transactions with over $1 million in total contract value, added 58 new logos, prepaid $10 million of debt to reduce outstanding debt to $48.4 million, and maintained a total cash balance of $123.4 million as of June 30, 2026.
