Saksiam Leasing Public Company LimitedLoan growth exceeding target driven by farmer customer base, despite poor rice prices.

SAK, or Saksiam Leasing Public Company Limited, signals that its loans in the third quarter of 2026 will continue to grow, with the current portfolio already exceeding 15 billion baht. The company expects full-year loans to surpass the target of 15.5-16.0 billion baht, focusing on the customer base of farmers cultivating economic crops such as oil palm, rubber, cassava, and corn. While rice prices are relatively poor, the company maintains its non-performing loan (NPL) ratio at approximately 2.5%, after being 2.7% in the second quarter of 2026. Recently, it sold a new batch of bonds worth 3 billion baht, which was fully subscribed, to drive loan expansion and increase liquidity. Despite higher financial costs, portfolio growth is expected to compensate.
