Srisawad Corporation Public Company Limited, or SAWAD, has approved the payment of an interim cash dividend to common shareholders at a rate of 0.35 baht per share, totaling 581.53 million baht, based on operating results for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2026. The shares have a par value of 1.00 baht each. Ms. Thida Kaewbutta, Director of Corporate Strategy at SAWAD, said this interim dividend reflects the company's first-half operating results and its commitment to consistently generating returns for shareholders while maintaining long-term financial strength. SAWAD has set the ex-dividend date, or XD, for October 6, 2026, and the record date for shareholders entitled to receive the dividend for October 7, 2026, ahead of the dividend payment date on October 21, 2026.
