Zhang Ning, born in 1989, holds a bachelor's degree and previously served as securities affairs director at Shenzhen Yongying Investment and legal director at Bixing IOT Technology Shenzhen. Since Song Yanhua resigned as vice president and board secretary on September 13, 2024, the board secretary position at Shenshui Haina has been vacant for over two years. During the vacancy, Chairman and General Manager Li Haibo had been acting as board secretary until Zhang Ning's appointment.
