SPT X Public Company Limited, or SPTX, has notified the Stock Exchange of Thailand that Chulaphat Khrua Sophon has resigned from his positions as company director, independent director, and chairman of the board, citing other commitments that may prevent him from fully performing his duties to the company. The resignation takes effect from October 2, 2026 onward. The company is currently in the process of recruiting and appointing a suitably qualified person to fill the vacant position, and will inform the Stock Exchange of Thailand of further progress.
