ST Renfu announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Research Institute Co., Ltd., has independently developed the chemical drug Class 1 innovative drug HW211026 ointment, which has entered Phase II clinical trials. The study is a multicenter, open-label, dose-finding Phase II clinical trial designed to evaluate its efficacy in treating actinic keratosis. HW211026 ointment received clinical trial approval in October 2024. Currently, no drugs with the same target and indication are available on the domestic market, and existing non-drug treatments have issues such as high cost, invasiveness, and poor patient compliance.
