Stagwell launched Intreego.ai on September 21, a platform that turns static restaurant and bar menus into tools for engagement, promotions, and revenue. The launch follows the company's July 30 second-quarter report, which showed revenue of $786 million, up 11% year over year, with 10% organic growth, and net revenue up 5% organically to $632 million. Digital Transformation, the unit behind AI-powered tools like Intreego, grew net revenue 18% organically to $107 million, while adjusted EBITDA rose 15% to $109 million at a 17% margin on net revenue and adjusted earnings per share jumped 39% to $0.25. Stagwell raised full-year adjusted EPS guidance to a range of $1.03 to $1.17 from $0.98 to $1.12, and booked a record $171 million in net new business for the quarter, bringing the last twelve months total to $540 million. The same quarter showed a GAAP net loss attributable to common shareholders of $8 million, wider than the $5 million loss a year earlier, with the year-to-date net loss growing to $21 million from $8 million, and the Intreego announcement disclosed no revenue, pricing, or timeline for meaningful contribution.
