SUPER issues 2 tranches of bonds worth 2 billion baht, offering up to 5.90% interest

Super Energy Corporation Public Company Limited, or SUPER, is preparing to issue and offer its 2/2026 series bonds in 2 tranches with a total offering value of not more than 2 billion baht to the general public, between 6 and 8 October 2026. For its operating results in the first 6 months of 2026, ending 30 June 2026, SUPER reported a net profit of 859.73 million baht, an increase of 246.64% from the same period last year, while total revenue was 3.94 billion baht and its interest-bearing debt-to-equity ratio stood at 1.66 times. The company has appointed Beyond Advisors Company Limited as financial advisor, with several securities companies serving as joint underwriters of the bonds, including Asia Plus Securities Company Limited, which also acts as the bondholders' representative.
