BTS Group Holdings Public Company LimitedBTS successfully raised 15 billion baht via a 1/2026 bond offering with strong retail investor demand, reflecting confidence in its financial strength.
BTS announced the success of its 1/2026 bond offering, comprising three tranches with a total value of 15 billion baht, drawing an overwhelmingly strong response from retail investors. The result reflects confidence in the company's business potential and financial strength as the operator of the BTS Skytrain, recognised as the world's number one sustainable rail transport company. Meanwhile, NCL has cleared another major case after the Supreme Court declined to allow the plaintiff's petition, bringing a case worth 23.07 million baht to a close, with NCL bearing no liability under the claim. The company is awaiting a positive accounting reversal, which, combined with an earlier dispute worth 25.08 million baht, gives NCL the chance to record a total accounting reversal of approximately 48 million baht by the end of this year. SUSCO, for its part, is continuing to pass on assistance to people affected by the flooding, donating SUSCO drinking water through the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration donation point at Bangkok City Hall in Din Daeng, and opening up space at its service stations so that members of the public can park their cars and motorcycles, reducing the risk and damage that flooding might cause.
