Swarmer, Inc. promoted Garrett Kasper to Chief Communications Officer and realigned duties among its executive leadership team. Kasper, who joined Swarmer as vice president of communications and marketing in December 2025, brings 30 years of communications leadership across defense, aerospace, and other industries. Serhii Kupriienko will continue as Chief Executive Officer (Global) and now lead Swarmer Labs, the company's newly created advanced research and innovation division focused on next-generation artificial intelligence and autonomous technologies.
