T-Mobile US raised its quarterly dividend payout by 15% to $1.17 per share from $1.02, payable on Dec. 10, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 25. The hike follows second-quarter 2026 operating cash flow of $7.5 billion, up 7% year over year, and adjusted free cash flow of $4.8 billion, up 4%, with management lifting its 2026 adjusted free cash flow guidance to $18.4-$18.8 billion from $18.1-$18.7 billion. During the quarter T-Mobile returned $3.3 billion to shareholders, comprising $2.2 billion in share repurchases and $1.1 billion in dividends, bringing cumulative shareholder returns since the program's launch to $54.6 billion through June 2026. Second-quarter service revenues rose 9% year over year to $19 billion, postpaid service revenues advanced 13% to $15.9 billion, and core adjusted EBITDA climbed 12% to $9.5 billion, while postpaid ARPA increased 2% to $152.91. Offsetting the gains, postpaid net account additions fell 13% year over year to 277,000, competition from AT&T and Verizon persists, and short- and long-term debt totaled roughly $84.6 billion at the end of June 2026.
