Thanachart Capital Public Company Limited, or TCAP, informed the Stock Exchange of Thailand that its board of directors meeting on September 28, 2026, resolved to acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Bantherng Tantivit from the positions of chairman and director of the company, effective October 1, 2026, due to health reasons. The board meeting No. 10/2026 also resolved to appoint Mr. Bantherng as advisor to the board of directors, effective from October 1, 2026, onwards. At the same time, the company appointed Mr. Supadech Poonpipat, who previously served as vice chairman, to the position of chairman, effective October 1, 2026.
