Teeka Construction Public Company Limited, or TEKA, has been awarded the construction contract for THE MONUMENT SATHON, a luxury condominium project by Sansiri Public Company Limited, or SIRI. This raises the company's backlog of work awaiting revenue recognition to 2.73 billion baht. The project is located in the heart of Sathorn, with 185 units across 29 floors, under the Pets Welcome concept. The scope of work covers piling, structural engineering, architectural work, and external works. Dr. Veerasak Wanichwat, Chief Executive Officer of TEKA, said that the continued trust from key clients reflects the company's potential as an experienced contractor with expertise in large-scale projects. TEKA also maintains a strong financial position, with no interest-bearing debt and stable liquidity.
