In addition, the company will open its ticket office at its headquarters on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road on 3-4 October 2026 from 08:00 to 17:00 to provide passengers with an additional service channel. Thai Airways thanks passengers for their understanding and cooperation during the situation, and will use the experience from this incident to review and improve its management approach so that passengers are not affected in the future.
