Thai Life Insurance PCLThai Life Insurance Public Company Limited has issued urgent measures to assist policyholders affected by the flood situation, covering policyholders in the 32 provinces declared flood disaster areas according to the disaster situation report of the Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Ministry of Interior, as of September 30, 2026. The main measure is an extension of the premium payment grace period by an additional 60 days from the original grace period expiry date, for policyholders whose premium due dates fall between September 20 and December 31, 2026. Coverage will be reinstated once overdue premiums are paid in full, and continuous coverage will be maintained for claims. For ordinary installment-premium policies where cash surrender value was automatically used to pay premiums during the same period, if the policyholder makes the premium payment within 6 months from the due date, the company will waive premium interest, and will also waive the fee for issuing a replacement life insurance policy and policyholder identification card in cases of damage or loss, for those who contact the company by February 28, 2027. For claims, policyholders can carry out transactions through the Thai Life Insurance application, use the fax claim service through partner hospitals, or contact branches and agents.
