Central Retail Corporation Public Company LimitedBangkok flooding forces Central Retail's Tops to temporarily close 10 branches and may delay restocking deliveries.

Tops, under Central Retail, is pressing ahead with close management of the flood situation in the Bangkok area, giving top priority to the safety of customers, employees and all operational staff, while ensuring essential goods remain sufficient for public demand. At present, some branches have been affected and must temporarily close or adjust their opening and closing hours according to the situation. The branches temporarily closed comprise one Tops branch, the Fashion Island branch; six Tops Daily branches, namely Ratchada 52, Chaloem Phra Kiat 30 Soi 14, Rom Klao 27, Nilubon Soi 10, Kheha Khlong Chan and Khlong Tamru; and three Tops Care branches, namely Sukhaphiban 3, Lat Krabang and Hua Mak. On product management, Tops confirms it has sufficient reserve stock in its warehouses and distribution centers, especially drinking water, dry food, ready-to-eat meals and daily necessities, and has added special delivery rounds to speed up restocking at storefronts, although some areas with high water levels or traffic congestion may cause delivery delays at certain times. The company has set up a crisis management and flood monitoring operations center, or War Room, working in real time around the clock, covering safety assessments, installation of flood barriers and preparation of drainage systems at branch locations, as well as supply chain management together with partners and allies. Customers can follow the situation and the opening of each branch via the Official Facebook Fanpage: Tops Thailand, with the latest information as of September 26 at 18:40.
