United Natural Foods announced a series of top executive changes. Matteo Tarditi, currently president and CFO, will become president and chief operating officer effective August 3, 2026. Louis Martin will assume the role of chief commercial officer, leading UNFI's commercial strategy. Alfredo Luchini will join UNFI as CFO effective August 10, having previously served as VP of finance and CFO for Carrier Climate Solutions Americas. As part of the transition, Mark Bushway, president of Natural, Organic, Specialty & Fresh Products and chief supply chain officer, will leave the company on January 1, 2027.
