Record Q4 revenue of $91M, tripled adjusted EBITDA, and raised FY2026/2027 growth outlook
Vecima Networks reported record fourth-quarter consolidated revenue of $91 million, up 36% year-over-year and 45% quarter-over-quarter, with adjusted EBITDA more than tripling to an all-time high of $18.9 million at a 20.8% margin. Within that total, the Video and Broadband Solutions segment posted record revenue of $80.1 million, up 38% year-over-year and 53% sequentially, including record Entra DAA sales of $77.3 million, while the Content Delivery and Storage segment contributed $10.8 million, up 26% year-over-year and 1% sequentially. Gross margin rose to 45.4% from 26.3% a year earlier, and adjusted gross margin reached 45% from 36.7%, helping drive operating income of $12.3 million against a loss of $17.1 million in the prior-year quarter and net income of $5.4 million, or $0.22 per share, versus a net loss of $13.3 million, or $0.55 per share. The company raised its calendar 2026 revenue growth outlook to 27% to 32% and guided fiscal 2027 revenue growth to 30% to 35%, with adjusted EBITDA margins of approximately 20% in both periods, and its board approved a quarterly dividend of $0.55 per common share payable November 9, 2026. Chief Executive Sumit Kumar said growth was led by accelerating widescale DAA rollouts, a ramp in deliveries to a lead Tier 1 customer, and expansion to 150 broadband customer engagements, including 77 on the Entra platforms, while Chief Financial Officer Judson Schmid noted net debt fell to $40.7 million from $54.4 million at the end of the prior quarter.
