Q2 earnings miss on profit and EBITDA, with declining free cash flow margin

Visteon reported second-quarter 2026 revenue of $960 million, flat year on year and in line with analyst estimates of $958.4 million. Adjusted earnings per share came in at $1.91, missing the consensus forecast of $2.19 by 12.9%. Adjusted EBITDA was $116 million, below the expected $122.6 million, and free cash flow margin fell to 3.9% from 6.9% a year earlier. The stock declined 1.9% to $101.25 following the release.
