The company, whose core entity PT Gema Graham Sarana Tbk has been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange since 2002, runs SAP ECC 6 on IBM Db2 and faced the end of support for its ECC system along with a push to migrate to S/4HANA. After consulting Gartner and peers, VIVERE decided to allocate investments to innovation rather than a costly upgrade, choosing Rimini Street for immediate cost savings, expert SAP support, and the ability to modernize on top of existing systems.
