WW International, IncWW International announced a Google Health partnership giving members wearable/AI health tools, expanding its employer-sponsored and payer plan offerings.

WeightWatchers shares jumped 8.9% in pre-market trading after the company announced a collaboration with Google Health Enterprise to integrate wearable technology and artificial intelligence health insights into its employer-sponsored and payer plans. Under the partnership, eligible members will gain access to Google Fitbit Air devices and Google Health Premium services upon reaching specific activity milestones. Participants in select employer-sponsored programs can connect the wearable devices directly to their accounts to track physical activity, sleep, and other health metrics. WW International said the integration of wearable technology and artificial intelligence insights aims to support habit building and overall health management for participating members. The stock is down 44.4% since the beginning of the year and, at $17.49 per share, trades 49.9% below its 52-week high of $34.92 from October 2025.
