WHART, a leading logistics infrastructure trust, is expanding its investment portfolio by investing in the WGCL International Distribution Center, or WGCL IDC, an international Built-to-Suit distribution center in the strategic location of the Eastern Economic Corridor in Map Ta Phut, Rayong Province. The total investment value is not more than 2.5076 billion baht, with a total area of approximately 99,390 square meters, along with a 30-year long-term lease agreement with a leading corporate tenant. The project is operated by WHA GC Logistics Co., Ltd., a joint venture between WHA Group and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, or GC. After the investment is completed, WHART will have more than 2 million square meters of leasable area under management and total asset value rising to more than 56 billion baht. For this capital increase, WHART will issue and offer additional trust units with a maximum value of not more than 1.416 billion baht, with an expected distribution of approximately 0.783 baht per unit, based on a hypothetical 12-month period from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, representing an estimated distribution yield of approximately 7.05% per year, calculated from a maximum offering price of 11.10 baht per unit. Existing trust unitholders with subscription rights can subscribe between September 21 and 25, 2026 at a maximum offering price of 11.10 baht per unit. The public offering will open for subscription between September 28 and October 1, 2026 at the final offering price, which will be announced later. Subscriptions can be made through the K-PLUS application and Kasikorn Bank branches.
