WHART has disclosed an estimated distribution yield of approximately 7.39% per year based on a final offering price of 10.60 baht per unit, reaffirming a track record of more than 10 consecutive years of distributions. Following the additional investment, WHART expects to pay a distribution of approximately 0.783 baht per unit, based on estimated operating results for the 12-month period from October 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, which has been reviewed by PricewaterhouseCoopers ABAS. Supasit Sittiseth, Chief Executive Officer of WHA Real Estate Management, as the trust's manager, said the warehouse and distribution center business continues to grow in line with supply chains and e-commerce. After the investment, WHART will manage more than 2 million square meters of leasable area and total assets of more than 56,000 million baht.
