Winnebago Industries has renewed and extended its asset-based revolving credit facility, maintaining total commitments of $350.0 million and extending the maturity date by four years to August 2031. The new facility replaces the company's previous asset-based revolving credit facility, which was scheduled to mature on July 15, 2027. JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., served as Administrative Agent for the transaction. Chief Financial Officer Bryan L. Hughes said the renewal reflects the strength of the company's banking relationships and reinforces its financial position, providing continued financial flexibility as it navigates evolving market conditions while investing in its brands, innovation initiatives, and operational capabilities.
