Heyuan Gas announced that its controlling subsidiary Heyuan New Materials recently completed the renewal of its safety production license, adding products such as 500 tonnes per year of nitrogen trifluoride, 16,000 tonnes per year of tetraethyl orthosilicate, and 500 tonnes per year of tungsten hexafluoride to the permitted scope. The move marks the official production phase for the main production lines and products of the Yichang electronic specialty gases and functional materials industrial park project.
