It develops and operates casino games of chance and other casino games, along with related hotel and resort facilities, and provides hotel management services. The company owns and operates MGM Macau and MGM COTAI, both integrated resorts in Macau featuring casinos, hotels, restaurants, retail, and meeting and convention space. It also provides outsourcing services such as information technology, accounting, human resources, hotel reservation, and convention consultation. Incorporated in 2010 and headquartered in Macau, it operates as a subsidiary of MGM Resorts International Holdings, Ltd.

Macau gaming revenue falls 8.4% in July on World Cup and typhoon disruptions
