Beijing Yakang Intelligent Computing Technology, a subsidiary of Yakang Technology, has signed a high-performance computing power cloud service agreement with Customer Company C. The contract value including tax is 118.84188 million yuan, with a lease term of 60 months and fixed closed-end pricing. Under the contract, Party A will pay a certain percentage of the contract amount as an advance payment to serve as a lock-in deposit. If either party terminates the cooperation without cause, it must compensate 100 percent of the amount due and unpaid during the lock-in period. Customer Company C is registered in Anhui, has good credit standing, and has no related-party relationship with the company. The company stated that smooth performance of the contract will have a positive impact on its future financial position and operating results, but noted risks including changes in the external macro environment and adjustments to industry policies.
