Oracle Japan Posts Higher Q1 Sales and Net Income, EPS Rises to ¥142.37

Oracle Corporation Japan reported first-quarter results for the period ended August 31, 2026, with sales of ¥74,861 million and net income of ¥18,245 million, both higher than a year earlier. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations jumped to ¥142.37, a sign of improved profitability. The company also decided to pay a higher regular dividend of ¥198 per share and a special dividend of ¥660 per share for the year ended May 31, 2026. Its narrative projects ¥361.5 billion in revenue and ¥82.3 billion in earnings by 2029, requiring 8.2% yearly revenue growth and about an ¥18.8 billion earnings increase from ¥63.5 billion today.
