Future Corporation

Future announced on the 29th that it will go private through a management buyout. A limited liability company whose executive officer is Chairman Yasufumi Kanemaru will launch a tender offer for the company's shares at 2,451 yen per share. The tender offer period runs from the 30th to September 10, with a minimum planned purchase of 23,376,700 shares. Future supports the tender offer and recommends that shareholders tender their shares.
