Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. is a commercial bank operating in China. The bank also provides short-term, medium-term, and long-term loans, handles domestic and foreign settlements, bill acceptance and discounting, interbank lending, bank card services, and foreign exchange services including deposits, loans, remittances, international settlements, and interbank foreign exchange lending. In addition, it offers credit investigation, consulting, witnessing, safe deposit box, and financial leasing services, and engages in foreign exchange settlement and sales. Formerly known as Shanghai Rural Credit Co-operatives Union, it changed its name to Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. in August 2005. The company was incorporated in 2005 and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.

Jianyuan Trust first-half net profit attributable to parent 1.071 billion yuan, up 2559.08% year on year

Jianyuan Trust disclosed its 2026 semi-annual report. First-half net profit attributable to the parent was 1.071 billion yuan, up 2559.08% year on year. Total profit was 1.425 billion yuan, up 3852.42% year on year. As of the end of June, net assets attributable to the parent were 15.119 billion yuan, up 6.32% from the end of the previous year. In the first half, 182 new trust projects were added, corresponding to new trust scale of 162.067 billion yuan, up 50% year on year. As of the end of June, trust assets under management were 604.52 billion yuan, up 26% from the beginning of the year. The sharp profit increase mainly came from a change in the accounting method for its stake in Shanghai Rural Commercial Bank to long-term equity investment using the equity method starting March 31, 2026, which brought a one-time book gain. After considering the income tax impact, the contribution to net profit was about 986 million yuan. Excluding this factor, first-half net profit attributable to the parent after deducting non-recurring items rose 158.23% year on year.
