Orinko Advanced Plastics plans expansion of polymer materials project phase one with additional investment of about 40 million yuan
Orinko Advanced Plastics announced on September 29 that it plans to expand its previously planned PPA project. The company had earlier announced plans to establish a wholly owned subsidiary to carry out a high-temperature nylon and PEEK polymerization project, with a total investment of 81 million yuan. To date, infrastructure construction has started and entered the substantive construction stage, with cumulative investment reaching 21.5 million yuan. This time, the company plans to adjust the phase one planning of the polymer materials project. After the adjustment, it intends to build production lines and supporting facilities with an annual capacity of 1,000 tonnes of high-temperature nylon and 200 tonnes of PEEK, with a total investment of about 40 million yuan. The project is expected to be completed by June 2027.
