Agi Appoints Rafael Siqueira as Chief Technology Officer
Agi has named Rafael Siqueira as its new chief technology officer to lead its technology division, with a mandate to accelerate the evolution of the bank's digital platforms, expand the adoption of artificial intelligence across the business, and strengthen a technological architecture designed to support the company's growth. Siqueira brings 30 years of experience in the technology sector, including over 16 years serving as a CTO, building his career through entrepreneurship, digital product development, and the transformation of large organizations. Before joining Agi, he was a partner and technology leader at McKinsey & Company for Latin America, where he worked with CEOs and technology leaders from major banks, retailers, and tech companies. He succeeds Vinicius Aloe, who led Agi's technology organization for over two years, including the evolution of the proprietary platform that supports the bank today.
