CTS Eventim CFO Dr. William Willms Exits as Stock Trades at €57.65

CTS Eventim KGaA Chief Financial Officer Dr. William Willms left his role on 30 September 2026, with Senior Vice President Finance Dr. Philipp Knigge stepping in on an interim basis. The leadership change comes as the ticketing and live entertainment specialist's shares trade at €57.65, up 3.97% over one day but down 25.9% year to date and 28.29% on a one-year total shareholder return basis, against a three-year total shareholder return gain of 9.37%. The most followed valuation narrative pegs fair value at €88.63, roughly 35% above the last close, though the stock's P/E of 18x sits only slightly below a fair ratio of 18.6x and above the 13.4x for the wider European entertainment group. Integration costs from recent acquisitions including See Tickets, France Billet and South America are suppressing current earnings, but CTS Eventim expects these to prove temporary and to realize significant synergies and margin improvement as integration completes over the next 12-18 months. International ticketing revenues are up 56% year-on-year, while risks include integration costs staying higher for longer or oversupply in mid-sized festivals pressuring Live Entertainment margins.
EVD.XETRA · Capital · Negative CFO Dr. William Willms exits with only an interim finance head appointed, a leadership/management disruption.
EVD.XETRA · Demand · Positive International ticketing revenues are up 56% year-on-year, a concrete end-demand gain.
