Founder Group Joins Malaysia's Largest Solar Initiative

Founder Group Limited announced that its subsidiary, Founder Energy Sdn. Bhd., is participating in Malaysia's largest-ever utility-scale solar initiative, the Large-Scale Solar 6 (LSS6) programme, which aims to add 2,500 megawatts of solar capacity and 1,250 megawatts of battery storage with investments between RM13 and RM15 billion. Founder Group Acquires 19.9% Stake in SpacePlus EV Charging Operator

Founder Group Limited has completed the acquisition of a 19.90% equity interest in Nichcom Go Sdn. Bhd., the Malaysian Charge Point Operator behind the SpacePlus EV charging brand.
