Inventiva S.A. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on developing oral small molecule therapies for metabolic dysfunction-associated steatohepatitis (MASH) and other diseases. Its lead candidate, Lanifibranor, is a novel peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor agonist in the NATiV3 Phase 3 clinical trial for adult patients with MASH. The company also develops Odiparcil for mucopolysaccharidoses and a pre-clinical TGF-ß program for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Inventiva Reports No 1H 2026 Revenue, Net Loss Narrows to €69.5 Million

Inventiva S.A. reported its unaudited first-half 2026 financial results, recording no revenues for the period compared to €4.5 million generated in the same period of 2025. The company's net loss stood at €69.5 million as of June 30, 2026, compared to a loss of €175.9 million as of June 30, 2025. As of June 30, 2026, Inventiva held €166.1 million in cash and cash equivalents and €67.8 million in short-term deposits, compared to €99.3 million in cash and cash equivalents and €131.6 million in short-term deposits as of December 31, 2025. Net cash used in operating activities amounted to €45.4 million for the first half of 2026, compared to €53.7 million for the same period in 2025. The company said its cash runway guidance remains unchanged from July 30, 2026.

Inventiva Names Chris Benecchi as New Chief Operating Officer
