The company offers cloud-based multifactor authentication, mobile security software, authentication servers, and e-signature solutions such as OneSpan Sign and OneSpan Notary. It sells through direct sales, distributors, resellers, systems integrators, and original equipment manufacturers. Formerly VASCO Data Security International, Inc., it changed its name to OneSpan Inc. in August 1997, was founded in 1991, and is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
