PayPoint Hosts Capital Markets Day, Reaffirms 5-8% Net Revenue Growth Ambition

PayPoint Plc is hosting a Capital Markets Day for analysts and institutional investors at Investec's offices in London, setting out the growth drivers underpinning its medium-term ambition of delivering 5-8% net revenue growth per annum. The event details the growth opportunities, execution priorities and key performance indicators across the Group's four business units following the reorganisation announced in March 2026. Network Services is targeting underlying net revenue growth of 5-10% per annum on FY26 net revenue of £92.4 million, while Digital Payments & Open Banking is targeting more than 20% compound annual net revenue growth, with revenue expected to more than double over four years from FY26 net revenue of £13.3 million. Love2shop, with FY26 net revenue of £53.5 million, is focused on maximising the lifetime value of billings, and Merchant Services, with FY26 net revenue of £31.6 million, is executing a strategic reset that includes launching Handepay Connect in Q4 2026. The Group also said it will continue its £30 million per annum share buyback programme through to March 2028, with dividends moving towards approximately two times cover, and that trading since its Q1 FY27 Trading Update on 29 July 2026 has continued in line with expectations, with FY27 performance expected to be weighted towards the second half.
